Randy Hale
Mr. Randy Hale of Rosedale, Virginia passed away Monday (December 15, 2014) at his home. Born August 1, 1959 in Richlands, Virginia, he was a son of the late Clarence Lawson and Velva Mae Shortridge Hale. A lifelong resident of the area, he was a 1978 graduate of Honaker High School. He was a disabled coal miner, having been employed by Pittston Coal Company. He was a loving father, grandfather and brother and he enjoyed life to the fullest. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ricky Hale and Larry Hale. Survivors include one daughter, Amber Hale-Crabtree and husband, Justin of Lebanon, Virginia; granddaughter, Bella Crabtree of Lebanon, Virginia; one expected grandchild, Brynlee Crabtree; three brothers, Clyde Hale of Woodbridge, Virginia, Harold Hale of Vansant, Virginia and Mickey Hale of Belfast, Virginia; two sisters, Jean Smith of Erwin, Tennessee and Sandy Foleno of Abingdon, Virginia; several nieces and nephews also survive.
