<p>Bessie L. (Nan) Jackson, 88, of Edinburg, PA passed away the morning of December 10, 2014 at Jameson Memorial Hospital. Born on July 22, 1926 in Morgantown, WV, she was the daughter of the late William and Isabelle Robbins Sweitzer. Surviving her is her beloved husband of 70 years, Charles L. Jackson, whom she married on May 30, 1944. </p><p><br></p><p>Bessie retired from her longtime position as Office Manager for Westgate Furniture. She belonged to Evergreen Seventh-day Adventist Church in Boardman, OH. Bessie’s family meant everything to her, and her greatest joy came from spending time with them. </p><p><br></p><p>In addition to her husband, Bessie is survived by her children, Kathy Dickson and husband Douglas of Chattanooga, TN, Karen Simo and husband David of New Castle, and William E. Jackson and wife Rejane of Hagerstown, MD; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. </p><p><br></p><p>Private services will be held at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 3000 Wilmington Rd. </p><p><br></p><p>Interment will take place at Kings Chapel Cemetery. </p>
