Richard L. Sanford, 47, of Decatur, IN died Sunday, December 7, 2014 at his residence. Richard was born in Chicago, IL on Decatur 16, 1966. He married Tammy (Kable) on April 27, 2012, she survives. Richard attended New Beginning Faith Center. He is survived by his mother Laura Martinez of Chicago, IL; a daughter Alexis Sanford of Chicago, IL; three step daughters, Sheena Price, Amethyst Price and Heaven Price all of Decatur, IN; a brother Danny Sanford and a sister Diane Silwa both of Chicago, IL. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
