Renee Davis

Renee Lynette Davis, age 54 of Ludington passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday November 12, 2014 at home. She was born on July 10, 1960 in Port Angeles, Washington, daughter of the late Jimmy Joe and Louise (Outhet) Davis. She attended and graduated from Ludington High School. She later attended WSCC and graduated with a degree in accounting. Renee was a member of the Ludington American Legion Auxiliary Unit 76 and enjoyed spending time there at the Legion. Her grandchildren were a big part of her life, and she loved spending countless hours with them. Renee is survived by her son, Shaun Davis of Ludington; grandchildren, Stephanie and Shane Davis both of Ludington; brother, Brad (Deb) Davis of Whitehall; sister, Val (Jim) Greenley of Ludington; and many special nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday November 25, 2014 at Oak Grove Funeral Home with Reverend Laurie McKinven-Copus officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation from 10:00AM until time of service. Memorial contributions in memory of Renee may be directed to either the Davis Family or the Ludington American Legion Auxiliary Unit 76.
