Loving father of the late John & Joanne. Dear step father of Tim and his wife Elva, and grandfather Brendon and Tyler. Loved brother of Helen and her husband Ernie Manera, Philip, Loui and his wife Joan, and the late Martin and his wife June. Loved brother-in-law of Jane. Mineo will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews, and friends. Mr. Franchetto is resting at the funeral home of Skinner & Middlebrook Ltd. 128 Lakeshore Rd. E. (1 block west of Hurontario St.) Mississauga, on Tuesday, 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 11 Peter St. Mississauga on Wednesday November 19, 2014 at 11 a.m.. Followed by cremation. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
